1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FastFix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FastFix provides a marketplace platform that connects homeowners and businesses with independent service professionals ("Artisans"). FastFix does not provide the services themselves and is not an employer of the Artisans.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information when booking services. Artisans are responsible for maintaining the necessary skills, permits, and insurance required by Ghanaian law to perform their services.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Payments are handled securely through our platform via verified payment gateways. Cancellation fees may apply if a booking is cancelled within a certain timeframe of the scheduled service. Specific rates and terms are displayed at the time of booking.

Note: During transactions, the payment business name will appear as "Bax Consult" on your bank or mobile money statement.

5. Limitation of Liability

FastFix is not liable for any damages resulting from the services provided by independent Artisans. We provide a platform for connection and verification but do not guarantee the outcome of every service.
